Guar Gum Splits

Guar Gum Refined Splits are obtained from the guar seed endosperm, widely known as cluster beans, which have the botanical name Cyamopsis tetragonoloba. The splits are mechanically separated from the seed to produce a refined split with 28-30% yield and are high galactomannan containing non-ionic polysaccharides. Guar beans are initially harvested and dried, followed by shelling to remove the germ and hull, and then milled into a powder. This powder, after classification, is re-blended to meet specific quality requirements.
